Everprime provides home improvement and handyman services, including flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting, drywall, outdoor construction, smart-home installations and general repairs.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Free estimates are non-binding until a formal agreement is signed. Final pricing may change with scope, materials or unforeseen conditions. Unless otherwise stated, standard payment terms are 50% at approval and 50% at completion. Accepted methods include cash, check, Zelle and major credit cards.
4. Timeline and Scheduling
Timelines may be affected by weather, material availability, permits or unforeseen conditions. We will communicate material schedule changes.
5. Client Responsibilities

6. Workmanship and Warranties
Workmanship defects resulting from our work will be addressed within a reasonable period. Product and material warranties are provided by their manufacturers.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Refunds depend on work completed, materials purchased and costs already incurred, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.
8. Liability and Insurance
Everprime is licensed and insured. We are not responsible for damage arising from undisclosed or pre-existing property conditions.
9. Disputes
Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Any further process is governed by the signed agreement and applicable Connecticut law.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated. Continued website use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
